At Hydrofoil Shop, we want to ensure you have the perfect setup for your next session on the water. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all foils, boards, and accessories are in their original packaging with tags attached; items must be in new, unused condition to qualify.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the gear is securely padded for transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
