WING SUP The session aim is to give the candidate the skill, knowledge & foundation to enjoy Wing SUP with confidence.The session will start with a discussion on Wing Safety, Equipment & Environment, moving on to land based instruction around the understanding of the wind , Wing control, steering, foot position and carrying of the Board & Wing. Once comfortable with Wing control the session will move to the water, where the candidate will learn launching & self rescue techniques, mounting the board, rotation of the Wing, Wing control, board speed, direction and turning. We will finish with discussions about the session and advice on moving forward.
