Terms And Conditions of Windfoil and Wingfoil Hire

Equipment rented is whatever is suitable - not necessarily pictured

1st hour is rated as shown second hour is cheaper

Wing SUP - WING 2nd hour £20

WING - FOIL -BOARD 2nd hour £40

Cor Watersports Ltd

1. Young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the water.

2. You must already be able to wind or wing foil at a level appropriate to conditions on the day. You must be able to get the board going, foil upwind and turn the board around. It is at Cor Watersports Ltd staff's discretion to assess your ability for hire.

3. You may be advised to have a refresher lesson before you can hire with Cor Watersports Ltd.

4. You are responsible for your own safety whilst renting the equipment. There will not be a safety vessel on the water to directly supervise hires.

5. You understand and accept that wingsurfing and wingfoiling are dangerous sports and you have made your booking on the basis that you undertake the hire at your own risk.

6. You must not use the equipment under the influence of alcohol, strong medication, other drugs or when fatigued.

7. No wind/wingfoil is to go beyond the limits set out in the map.

8. You must wear a buoyancy aid or impact vest rated to 50N at all times on the water. Buoyancy aids are provided with your hire.

9. You must wear a helmet. These are provided with your hire.

10. We advise that you wear suitable protective clothing whilst out on the water depending on the conditions (wetsuit, wetsuit boots, sun cream etc).

11. You will foil responsibly at all times and at no point behave in a reckless manner.

12. You will keep away from boats on moorings and at anchor. You must observe any reasonable instruction given by RNLI .

13. You will not hold Cor Watersports Ltd responsible for any loss, damage or injury including death to persons or property with regard to use of the wing/wingfoil(s) and equipment hired. You accept responsibility to indemnify Cor Watersports Ltd against any claim, interest, demand or expense in respect of such injury or damage.

14. You are responsible for the equipment hired and it is your responsibility to keep it safe from damage, loss or theft, use it in a proper manner and not subject it to any misuse or unfair wear and tear.

15. No wingsurf or wingfoil is to be towed by a boat except for the purpose of rescue.

16. You will notify Cor Watersports Ltd immediately of any loss, damage or theft to the hired equipment howsoever caused. You will be responsible for paying reasonable costs of repatriation of any such loss, damage or theft.

17. You will not offer for sale, sell or lend the hired equipment.

18. Proof of identity (passport, driving license, card) may be required prior to hire and stored securely in our office until you return the equipment.
