You should have had some experience with either the wing or foil to qualify for this clinic.If you do not have this Pre requisite level.. that is also fine ...there is a lot to learn so we welcome any level and will endeavor to bring your level on, as best we can. Now you have the basic Wing & board control foundations, you're ready for the intro tothe Wing foil board.The session will start with an in-depth discussion on Wing & foil Safety, Equipment &Environment, moving on to land based instruction focusing around the understanding of;3hr 1:1 Wing Foil 1st flights - £170 recommended
2hr Group Wing Foil 1st flights - £100p/p (Group 2:1 - shared foil time) minimum persons attending is 2 

  • Foil building, care & positioning.
  • Carrying the board, wing & foil.
  • Wing inflation pressures, control, pumping technique & steering
  • Stance/Foot position
  • Gybing basics

Once comfortable the session will move to the water, where the candidate will learn how to launch the foil board, self rescue techniques, mounting the board, foot/body position, board speed, direction, foil rise & fall and turning off the foil.The session will leave the candidate ready to practice their new found skills in their own time, we will finish with discussions about the session and advice on moving forward.
