A responsive and versatile wing

The STREAM delivers smooth, well-balanced power that turns into fluid glide and solid acceleration. It’s a high-performance wing — fast, but always under control, giving riders the confidence to push further.

Key on-the-water strengths:

• Easy takeoff thanks to early low-end power
• Locked-in profile with strong forward pull for top-end control and exceptional drive.
• Balanced, smooth flight behavior — excellent for freefly, downwinders or surf foil. It fades into the background in all maneuvers, whether freeride or freestyle, and naturally flips through tacks, so you can stay focused on balance, flow, and water reading.

Structured fluidity & instinctive control

A load-bearing frame that’s stiff, yet breathable

Thanks to its UPE construction (Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyEthylene), the STREAM delivers excellent glide with extremely low drag. UPE allows us to drastically reduce strut diameter, minimizing both weight and drag.

• The inflatable structure in UPE, combined with reinforced Dacron and a dual-weight canopy, ensures the wing holds its shape even in gusty conditions. Less distortion under load means more precise handling, better pumping efficiency, and a snappier, more reactive ride.
• A new canopy-to-leading-edge tensioning system enhances power transmission. Here, UPE provides instant response, offering crisp acceleration and high-speed control.

Ultra-light trailing edge for uninhibited freefly

The back end of the wing has been refined to the extreme, with a lightweight PE ripstop canopy using dual-weight fabric to optimize load tension.

This ultra-light cloth offers a floating-in-your-hands feel, enabling a natural, fluid flight in the surf.

Controlled tension = a lively yet smooth wing, capable of instant response without harshness, ideal for wave riding and transitions.

The combination of rigid and supple materials creates a natural twist in the wing under load. This twist absorbs excess power, making the wing:

• More forgiving,
• More comfortable to ride,
• And better in gusts or choppy conditions.

At top speed, the twist locks in for maximum upwind performance and rock-solid high-speed stability.

Using the identical D-lite Boom, the STREAM is fully compatible with the CLIP-ON boom system. One boom to cover all wing sizes from 3 to 6 m². Maximum compatibility allowing riders to use one boom across both AFS wing models, and multiple sizes — STREAM or D-lite Boom — for lighter travel and a smarter quiver setup.

In the final attention to detail, the carry bag has been designed for compact storage, with or without the boom, to reduce gear volume and for riders on the move.
